Morrison v. Olson is a Supreme Court case which addressed the constitutionality of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978, also sometimes referred to as the Independent Counsel Act.
The case is notable for the lone dissent of Antonin Scalia that the post-Watergate special counsel statute is unconstitutional.
