For the city in north-west Germany, see Münster

Munster (Irish: Mumhan) is one of the four traditional provinces of Ireland, alongside Ulster, Leinster and Connaught. It occupies the south-western part of Ireland, and is made up of the Counties Clare, Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Tipperary and Waterford. The largest city is Cork, and it is also home to Limerick.
