The New York Jets are an American professional football team. They are part of The National Football League (NFL), that is composed of 32 professional football teams from the United States.

New York Jets are part of the American Football Conference (AFC) and play in the AFC East Division.

Founded in 1960 in New York City, it relocated to Giants Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, in 1984.
