Norman is a city in Oklahoma located about 20 miles south of Oklahoma City, due to suburban growth it is now part of the metro area.
It is home to the University of Oklahoma.
The United States Postal Service operates the National Center for Employee Development, a large hotel and conference center for USPS employee training and used by other United States Government agencies; it is located on the east side of town.
