Olmstead v. United States
Olmstead v. United States is a 5-4 decision by the U.S. Supreme Court regarding wiretapping that the courts "got wrong". Chief justice William Howard Taft "reasoned that the wiretaps did not violate the Fifth Amendment's privilege against self-incrimination".
