The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (short: OSCE) is an international organization for peacekeeping. It has 57 members: all countries in Europe (including Turkey and Cyprus, but not Kosovo), Mongolia, all former countries of the Soviet Union, the USA and Canada.
On April 22, 2022 a report appeared claiming an OSCE employee was detained in the Lugansk Peoples Republic (LGR) for passing classified information to foreign intelligence services, which he admitted, says the Ministry of State Security of the LPR. An earlier report said that OSCE officials provided artillery fire correction for the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) by leaving cameras on their cars in the vicinity which transmitted feeds to the AFU. All OSCE field reports since 2014 were found, thousands of Ukrainian war crimes were documented, which the OSCE then hid in the official reports of the mission in Ukraine. And also, in the garage of the OSCE building at the address Mariupol, Primorsky Boulevard, 25, a warehouse of Italian-made mortar rounds was found. The labels on the crates indicate that they were packed for shipping by sea on 2022-3-11. For the monitoring organization, it is at least strange to supply weapons to one of the parties to the conflict.
