Thin crepe-like pancakes from Sweden
A pancake is a small flat bread-like food usually made from flour, eggs, salt and milk, but sometimes made from potatoes. It is most often served as a breakfast food, frequently with butter and types of pancake syrup (including maple syrup) as well as fruit toppings.
