Paul D. Ryan, Jr. (born January 29, 1970) is a U.S. Representative for Wisconsin's 1st Congressional District. He is member of the Republican Party and has voted with his colleagues 93.1% of the time [1]. He is the Ranking Member of the House Budget Committee and a key spokesman for conservative positions on government spending, tax policy and health care.
