PeaZip is a free, open source data compression and extraction program which was developed by Giorgio Tani.

Features

  • Compress to and extract from 7Z, CAB, ISO, TAR, and ZIP formats[1]
  • Read (but not write to) RAR[2]
  • Extract from over 150 different formats, including ACE, ARJ, CAB, DMG, ISO, LHA, RAR/RAR5, R01, UDF, and ZIPX[1]
  • Single-step conversion from any supported extraction format to any supported compression format[3]
  • Supported systems: Microsoft Windows 2K/XP, Vista/7/8/8.1/10 (32 and 64 bit), ReactOS, and systems with Wine (Mac OS support is under development)
  • Encryption for 7z, ZIP, ARC, and PEA [4]
  • Available for installation and as a portable program
