Race baiting is a term for groundless accusations of racism made by liberals. It is a unique, deliberate and hypocritical focus on race in an attempt to discredit others as "racist". An important component of race baiting is for the indictor to appear "factual", "neutral", "unbiased", a person truly above racism's perversion. Others are unapologetic about racial bias, referring to groups whether guilty or innocent, as rotten people that have to be exposed. It is subtle in its use, race baiting is considered hate speech and affects all races and religious groups, even gender.

The race for President is not without the injection of racism charges. The first African-American Democrat Barack Obama running against a white Republican John McCain. McCain is an honorable person as proven by his 28 years of elected office and his dedication to this country during a time of war. This has not stopped his opponents from trying to associate him with "racism" by means of race baiting.

Democrat Harry Reid employs racism while campaigning, "I don’t know how anyone of Hispanic heritage could be a Republican, OK," he said. "Do I need to say more?" and just "because the wave of immigrants we have now — their skin's a tone darker than ours — doesn't make it any different." We live in the most colorblind society on Earth but that doesn't stop liberal opportunists from making classic racist statements.
