Regent University is a Christian University founded in 1978 by Pat Robertson. It is located in Virginia Beach, Virgina and has an annual enrollment of around 4500 students. Distinguished faculty and guest lecturers include John Ashcroft, former U.S. Attorney General; Vern Clark, former Chief of Naval Operations; Steve Forbes, president and CEO of Forbes, Inc. and others. [1]

The law school has produced students that have beat more prestigious colleges such as Harvard and Yale on several occasions at moot court competitions. The Bush administration thought very highly of Regent law students and hired over a hundred of them during the administration. [2]
