Richard Hanna (born January 25, 1951 in Utica, New York) is the Republican U.S. Representative-elect from New York's 24th congressional district, defeating incumbent Democrat Michael Arcuri in his rematch in the 2010 election. Hanna is the owner and president of Hanna Construction, a company that employs 450 people in upstate New York.
