This is not to say that humans who have been convicted of a heinous crime (such as murder, rape, kidnapping, etc.) do not deserve the death penalty. The '''"Right to Life"''' belief operates under the assumption that people have not done anything deserving of being put to death. This would mean that an unborn child that was murdered by abortion most certainly did not deserve the abortion and deserves to be alive, as it cannot be guilty of anything. The mother ,however, as well as the abortion practitioner, are both guilty of murder and should be rightfully put to death, as because of their murder they have forfeited their right to be alive.
