Rob Reiner is a liberal American film director, producer and actor. Best known for his role as Michael Stivic "Meat-Head" on the 1970s American television sitcom All in the Family. Well known movies directed by him include This Is Spinal Tap, Stand by Me or Rumor Has It….

Reiner supported Al Gore`s and Hillary Clinton`s election campaigns. Reiner is a member of the Democrat Party and an atheist (see also: Celebrity atheists).[1][2]
