Sally Moyer is an attorney in the FBI General Counsel office. Moyer is a partisan who worked on the Hillary Clinton email investigation.
The FBI, in contravention of regulations, redacted Moyer's name for 17 months from subpeaoned documents. The claim was Moyer worked in the Counterintelligence Division, when in fact she worked in the General Counsel's office. Divulging her name supposedly is a breech of national security.
