Sulu

Ensign Sulu was the chief helmsman of the U.S.S. Enterprise in the TV show Star Trek. An Asian, he was part of a diversified cast. With little character development throughout the series, it was hard to get a strong feel for his personality. One of his more prominent roles was actually as the evil Sulu in the counter universe episode.
Sulu was played by actor George Takei.
