Corn tacos filled with ground meat, lettuce, and onion

A taco is a Mexican dish consisting of a maize or flour torilla (either rigid or pliable) filled with savory items. Popular fillings include ground or shredded meat, cheese, lettuce, refried beans, salsa, tomatoes, sour cream, and guacamole. Another variety of taco is called the fish taco.

Due to the taco's customizability, it can include a very broad range of additional foods.
