What is a "sacred site" and how do we determine how 'sacred' it is? Why do people shoot each other or blow each other up over these sites? What kind of person could possibly feel a religious motive for such a thing? Why do Hindus and Muslims destroy the other's temples and then rebuild their own on the same spot?
