:I added some links.  I also removed the 21st century wars and edited the numbers at the bottom.  Did not make any effort to alter the "implications" of who started what, although they are clearly clumsy.  I would suggest adding the dates of the conflicts, perhaps who was president during the periods involved, and leaving it at that. I'm not sure if the author of this article realizes it, but not all Presidents "start" wars. In the case of both World Wars, they responded to provacations. By the way, you may want to strike the last two conflicts from the list, since this is the twenty first century.

I added some links. I also removed the 21st century wars and edited the numbers at the bottom. Did not make any effort to alter the "implications" of who started what, although they are clearly clumsy.
