The concept known as the "Bush Doctrine" did not become popular just a few days ago with Charles Gibson's interview of Palin. It was first coined in 2002 in a NY Times article found here http://query.nytimes.com/gst/fullpage.html?res=9A0DE3DE123CF930A25757C0A9649C8B63. Granted the Bush Doctrine is not as well defined as say the Truman Doctrine, but the term has certainly been in use for years. I would edit the page directly, but I would most likely fall victim to a banning.

Completely Untrue

The concept known as the "Bush Doctrine" did not become popular just a few days ago with Charles Gibson's interview of Palin. It was first coined in 2002 in a NY Times article found here http://query.nytimes.com/gst/fullpage.html?res=9A0DE3DE123CF930A25757C0A9649C8B63. Granted the Bush Doctrine is not as well defined as say the Truman Doctrine, but the term has certainly been in use for years. I would edit the page directly, but I would most likely fall victim to a banning.--AndrasK 23:42, 15 September 2008 (EDT)

You're correct AmesdrasK. Please edit the article and make it factual. Remember, cite your sources. If you do this, you need not fear becoming a block victim. Thanks. HenryS 23:47, 15 September 2008 (EDT)
