The statement is made: "Invoking the authority of God frequently throughout the document" I only see four: The reference in the opening sentence which refers to the "Laws of Nature and Nature's God" is the first. The second is that all men are endowed by their "Creator" with certain unalienable rights (well, as long as they were White). Finally, the closing paragraph mentions the Supreme Judge of the World and Divine Providence.

With the exception the Creator's endowment phrase, all seem to be somewhat perfunctory in nature; almost pro-forma.

But, I guess the four times in this document beats out the one reference in the Consititution.
