A quote, "see also" link, and image thumbnail plastered together does not constitute an article. The author of this page has created numerous other pages that follow a similar format that give the appearance of  , mostly copy/pasting quotes than writing some substantial content in their own style. Is this qualified for the mainspace? If you don't like the article, feel free to improve it. One of the reasons that I created the article is because our divorce article lacks material on the issue of "Divorce, single-parent households and its negative effects on children".
