I have to head head out for a bit - so this article is very short right now. I'll update it asap when I get a chance! My apologies for its lack of content for the moment. DerekE 16:27, 6 November 2009 (EST)

Her politics

What are her political views? Does she lean more to the left than she does to the right? Willminator 16:37, 31 December 2010 (EST)

Erin Burnett is definitely liberal, but she's such a "street sweetie," as Rush Limbaugh puts it, that I think she gets away with her liberalism a little bit more than others. As far as I know, Rick Santelli and Larry Kudlow are the only conservatives regularly allowed on CNBC. DerekE 17:40, 31 December 2010 (EST)
Ok, thanks. Remember that looks can be deceiving and the Bible makes that very clear. There should be a section in the article that list examples of liberal bias from Erin Burnett. What I don't get is why some liberals don't like Erin Burnett, and I don't even get why some of them accuse her of leaning to the right when we know that's not true. Perhaps it has to do with her postitive views on Wall Street, according to them. If not, why is it that some liberals treat here like if she is not like one of them? Also, speaking of who's liberal and who's not, I did some research on google, youtube, and Newsbusters on CNBC's "money honey" Maria Bartiromo, Erin Burnett's rival, and I suspect that she may actually be a conservative. In fact, Congressman Alan Greyson once asked her if she was a Republican. I personally liked the debate between her and senator Barney Frank last month, which Bill O'Reilly mentioned in his Fact Check section. Anyway, I haven't seen anywhere any allegations of liberal bias against her, but I've seen a lot of allegations of conservative bias against her. Do you think that Maria Bartiromo should be included on the short list of conservatives regularly allowed on CNBC? Willminator 13:58, 1 January 2011 (EST)
