This page must also mention that the claim that USA is "nearly unique" (I hope no English teacher sees that) as a Federal system is patently wrong. I live in Australia which has a federal and state parliaments. It is a Federation. Canada is basically the same. Brazil. Germany ditto. And so on. AlanE 23:56, 9 January 2015 (EST)
