JP, I am not planning on removing the affair section, b/c frankly I couldn't care less if he had an affair or not. But regarding your comments in adding it back again---having an affair does not make him a lawbreaker. It is not against the law to have an affair. But as a foreigner, perhaps your country's laws are different. --Jareddr 19:16, 22 July 2008 (EDT)

If you want to play lawyer games with the word affair, than your argument has merit. Interfering in the marriage of another, adultery, is still a crime on the Ca. books, Penial 285. It was decriminalized in 1975 by then gov. Jerry Brown. No penalty for having an 'affair'. As for foreign from reality, don't step up to the mirror. I don't want to play "lawyer games". But if you say it proves someone is a lawbreaker, you should expect to be questioned about it.--Jareddr 21:01, 22 July 2008 (EDT)
