how is mengele not a criminal?

Mengele's actions were not illegal under the nazi regime. Also he was never tried for his actions. Geo.Talk 18:55, 15 April 2007 (EDT)
Mengele committed crimes against Jewish law, specifically the crimes of murder and idolatry. if this comment gets me banned again, so be it.

Wow. That may be the single most loathesome bit of reasoning I've ever encountered. Congratulations for bringing the discourse of this site to a new low.Jacobin 19:05, 15 April 2007 (EDT)

Mengele was a criminal as he did commit crimes. How could his actions not be criminal? He was not tried because he fled. He fled so he would not be tried. who cares about the nazi legal code. Please make him a criminal again.Bohdan
