Several times I have seen you write that Ukraine or NATO lost. In order to declare a winner or loser in a war, the war must be completed. For example, if the Russian economy were to collapse or a civil war were to break out in Russia that resulted in the breakup of the Russian Federation that might throw a wrench in your triumphalism. Wars are unpredictable and so this type of premature triumphalism should be avoided. With that being said, Russia is a much bigger country than Ukraine population-wise and it has a big artillery advantage. In addition, "victories" can be pyrrhic victories and this could certainly be the case for Russia after the war is completed given its demographic crisis and the current problems with the Russian economy. This is in keeping with Trump's pledge to take steps to end the war in 24 hours. These are good faith or confidence building measures. To remove these changes now will only cost more money, which Trump would have to ask Congress for.

Update: Anonymous sources familiar with the matter tell me the Russians will demand new Ukrainian elections before peace talks. Zelensky's term of office expired in May 2023, so no negotiations or agreements can legally be conducted or concluded with Zelensky. Zelensky, with a 16% approcal rating, will lose those elections. Front runners now are Zaluzhny & Arestovich. (Both have been exiled outside the country).

Bottomline: The longer Zelensky clings to power, the more people will die. It would be best for him to resign immediately.

This is what is likely to develop in the 100 days since Trump broke his promise to end the war in 24 hours.

What is electronic warfare, and how is it possible to bring down a civilian or military aircraft?

The subject is vast, too vast to thumbnail here. But yes, it is possible for a lone saboteur with a package no bigger than a cigar box in line-of-sight of an aircraft to disrupt its electronic instruments and communications, to the point that the pilot doesn't know if he's flying upside down, even on America's most sophisticated 5th generation fighter, the F-35. Some electronic controls may even be taken over by electronic warfare.

The universal consensus is, the Russians have the most advanced electronic warfare capabilities on the planet. And this only makes sense: while America has focused on "air superiority" since the 1940s, the Russians prioritized "air defense".

As early as the 1991 Gulf War, Soviet technology that had been given to Saddam Hussein was used to disrupt signals and get American Patriot missiles to shoot down friendly British fighter aircraft. The technology has only been innovated and improved since then.

So if this is true - 3 airplane crashes in 3 days is retaliation for Russian oil facilities burning as we speak - Donald Trump has a decision to make: Make peace on Russia's terms or continue a New Cold War for the next 30-50 years that will instantly destroy America's commercial air passenger industry and hold private citizens hostage.
