As general as this sounds I just want say that since this is an ongoing investigation I would give it a few days before mking anymore edits to this article as their i much information to be uncovered and that by adding speculation it would simply muddy the water. --Matthew2208 16:06, 6 November 2009 (EST)

Quote

I'm not sure I understand, Joaquin. The quote was kept in, but I feel that it was used in better context in that it was placed directly after introducing Nader Hasan. Throwing it into its own paragraph seems to make it less cohesive. I'm not trying to alter the content, merely trying to improve the readability and appearance of the article. -- Jeffrey W. With your help it is already nicer, but to give clues in order to understand the horror it is better to have it independent and near the information of past Virginia Tech and Fort Hood crime cases. This time rhetoric is second. --Joaquín Martínez 19:36, 6 November 2009 (EST)

Muslims in US Army

According to Hasan A. Yahya, an American Arab scholar, and a professor of sociology, it is better not to include Muslims in the Army forces.

lack of knowledge of other cultures when it comes to religion among FBI and CIA administration and personnel should be reevaluated by following and understanding the rule of Islam in recruiting arm forces personnel. [1]

It turns out that Kimberly Munley didn't stop Hasan. I think someone should change this page to reflect that. JDWpianist 09:34, 13 November 2009 (EST)

Done, it was here: Kimberley Munley since 13:33, 8 November 2009.

Not done: her caption today says "... returned fire which brought Hasan down." Let's write a Mark Todd article, if his shot was the decisive one. --Ed Poor Talk 10:43, 20 November 2009 (EST)

TK, there are conflicting reports. At first, the Army said Kimberley brought down the terrorist, but later her male partner and an eyewitness gave a different story. There's even doubt whether any of her bullets hit the guy.

I suggest we acknowledge the differences in the various accounts. --Ed Poor Talk 11:05, 20 November 2009 (EST)
