I can't edit this because of the spam filter! I'm guessing it's the "n" word. (If anyone knows how to get around the spam filter, I was trying to de-link the year 2006) Jazzman831 21:47, 14 August 2007 (EDT)

The article was unprotected and I think I got them all. Bohdan 22:09, 14 August 2007 (EDT)

Why is the KKK section above his life and service? Senator Byrd had renounced his KKK activities many times though the years and in fact is supported by the NAACP. I think that this placement draws attention away from what Senator Byrd had accomplished during his decades in office compared to the few years he was in the KKK.--Able806 16:45, 11 June 2008 (EDT)

Senate Democratic Leader

Being that Harry Reid may not be Majority leader, or even Minority leader next year, they may wish to tap thier star talent a third time as Democratic Majority leader. This article needs updating. Rob Smith 21:12, 23 January 2010 (EST)
