I believe the wording of the article is still a little confusing. It seems you are trying to state that all of the briefs listed under the first two heading ignore the precedents under the last heading. But the last two cases cited are from 2001 and 1997, and twelve of the briefs are for cases decided before Printz v. United States. --Jdellaro 09:40, 26 January 2008 (EST)

Right, it refers to the briefs, not the cases. I'll try to improve. Thanks.--Aschlafly 10:03, 26 January 2008 (EST)
Thanks for the improvement, though I have one final question. For what case (more importantly, when) were the two briefs prepared? I think referencing the cases the briefs were filed for would improve the overall clarity of the article. --Jdellaro 10:12, 26 January 2008 (EST)
I'll add that. Thanks.--Aschlafly 11:01, 26 January 2008 (EST)
Re-read the article with the new intro and it's 100% more clear now. Thanks for the changes! --Jdellaro 11:11, 26 January 2008 (EST)
