Textualism is the opposite of purposivism

How is it opposite? They are just two theories, out of many. How about the theories of realism, critical legal studies, evolving constitution, social justice, progressivism, etc.? Some judges don't seem to care much about either the text or the purpose. RSchlafly 12:14, 26 June 2007 (EDT)
