Is "The" part of this organization's actual title? This wasn't clear after doing a brief Google search (and I don't have time to dig deeper). I wouldn't include "The" in the title, especially if it's not part of the organization's name. --1990'sguy (talk) 16:33, 22 March 2019 (EDT)
