The The Population Bomb article was unprotected on April 9th by Ed Poor (talk)

This book should have ranked Number One on the all-time worst list. Complete garbage. It ranks up there with the bet he made with Julian Simon about commodity prices. Ehrlich is a fraud.--Dave3172 12:50, 9 May 2007 (EDT)

Claiming that obesity is a bigger problem than starvation is a little insensitive when we have things like the Ethiopian famine of the 1980s. Millions of people did die of starvation and some are still dying today. Look, I understand the importance of shooting down liberal nonsense as well as any of us, but we have a responsibility to present the whole story, not just the side we like best. Otherwise, we're no better than the godless liberals. --RichardC 12:38, 29 November 2008 (EST)

Don't distract us with words like "insensitive". There's a guideline concerning this, if you care to dig into it. --Ed Poor Talk 12:41, 29 November 2008 (EST)
What would be a better way of expressing how selfish we must seem to complain that we are fat from too much food when so many people don't have enough to live? --RichardC 12:49, 29 November 2008 (EST)
