The Big Lebowski is a 1998 American dark comedic film written, produced, and directed by the Coen brothers and starring Jeff Bridges and John Goodman.[1][2] Although the film did not do well in theaters and was poorly reviewed by critics, it grew a large cult audience and subsequently was more favorably reviewed.[3]
