The King's Speech

The King's Speech is a 2010 British film depicting the attempts of the eponymous King George VI to overcome a stutter as he is reluctantly forced to ascend to the throne. It stars Colin Firth in the title role, for which he won the Academy Award for Best Actor. The film also won Oscars for Best Picture, Best Director (Tom Hooper) and Best Original Screenplay.
