RFK Jr. observes that the Center for Disease Control (CDC) owns 57 patents and devotes $4.9B of its $12B annual budget to buying and arranging for the administration of vaccines.
Meanwhile, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) owns hundreds of patents, and top officials including Anthony Fauci make annual royalties on patents that can be as much as $150,000 per year.
Both the CDC and NIH are examples of regulatory capture by industry. The government regulatory bodies have been captured by the industries they were intended to regulate.
