You took a poorly written article on probability and made it even more incomprehensible. How about starting over and giving a simple introduction, so that a reader with 6th grade math skills can understand it?

You might start with something like:

  • The probability of event A is the number of ways event A can occur divided by the total number of possible outcomes.

Coin tosses, cards, etc.

I'm a math expert, but that doesn't mean I enjoy writing about it. Please try again! :-) --Ed Poor Talk 17:15, 15 August 2007 (EDT)

Actually I think I'll leave this topic to you (baring a few minor additions). I don't have much interest in 6th grade math. By the way, can you provide a copy of the content you deleted, or at least the stuff I added. It might be useful if I contribute to another project, or just for my own reference. Hollywood Values

You will stop causing damage to the Hollywood Values article right away or be blocked. Are you really so clueless and literal as to think that the term applies solely to acts of deviancy carried out in one Los Angeles suburb? Or are you a saboteur? Either way, watch your step.
