User talk:Darwon

Return to "Darwon" page.

Hello, Darwon, and welcome to Conservapedia!

We're glad you are here to edit. We ask that you read our Editor's Guide before you edit.

At the right are some useful links for you. You can include these links on your user page by putting "{{Useful links}}" on the page. Any questions--ask!

Thanks for reading, Darwon!

counterexamples to you-know-what

I've reverted your stuff. It looks as though you already realized, based on reading talk-page comments, that items shouldn't be removed.

Here's the deal: The "counterexamples" page is one of Conservapedia's flagship articles. It was mostly written by ASchlafly, the site owner. He has written very extensively, on many pages, against relativity. So, even though all 53 "counterexamples" are wrong, I accept the page, just as Andy, and others sympathetic to Andy's position, have written it. It is on that basis that we have the "rebuttal" page. Andy accepts that page, so we have an accommodation of sorts. We each yell at each other on our respective pages.

So, resist the temptation to take things out. I think you've accepted that.

I don't know what to do about the "just dust" vs. "cosmic dust" issue. I'm loath to alter the "counterexamples" in any way, but I'm not sure about this one. If you want to put it back in, go ahead.
