| − | ::Well, I don't have a magic wand to wave and make everything right for everyone in the world, I sure wish I did. :-) I don't think you will be blocked for stating a difference of opinion, as long as you remain respectful. Personally, I tend to avoid getting involved in conflicts between editors, simply because that is the nature of a wiki, or any online forum. There are going to be people who disagree with each other. There are going to be people who feel they have been treated unfairly, and they may have been in some cases, there are going to be hurt feelings, anger, annoyance... this will happen. But it happens so often and to such an extent that I just don't feel that I can spend what little time I have available for online activities in trying to referee or participate in the inevitable conflicts that arise between people. It just happens too often, and it's useless to get involved. Even when it happens to me, I tend to just say oh well, time to move on. This is an attitude change I've had from several years ago, which has come about gradually. I used to be more passionate about things, but these days I've come to the realization that it really doesn't matter all that much. I like you and I do feel that you have been helpful to the project and would like to see you stay and contribute some more. So I hope you can resolve whatever issues you've been experiencing.
