A video game is any electronic game, typically addictive and violent, which is played on a computer or console. They are a fun, modern form of entertainment played by many around the world. Violent video games are not known to cause real-life violence. While it is true that some violent people have been avid gamers, the vast majority of people playing video games are not more likely to commit crimes or live an unhealthy lifestyle. While some have pointed out a correlation between the two, it is important to note that correlation does not equal causation.
