William Glasser (born 1925) is a psychiatrist known for speaking out against psychiatry, claiming that psychiatrists routinely misdiagnose mental illness when a person is merely unhappy. His view has certain similarities to Thomas Szasz, Orval Hobart Mowrer‎ , and Perry London.
