Witness tampering includes Bribing the witness[1], harassing the witness[2], holding hostage the witness's friends or family, or other forms of barbarism or trickery used to get a witness to deny, obscure, or omit testimony. This also includes actions taken to prevent a witness from showing up in court.[3]This includes killing the witness.
