Mark W. Smith is a conservative author and a member of the Bar of the United States Supreme Court. He received his law degree from New York University.
He wrote the Official Handbook of the Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy, and Disrobed: The New Battle Plan to Break the Left's Stranglehold on the Courts.
Aside from being a conservative commentator, he is also a constitutional attorney and former professor of law at the University of Kansas. He was called "one of the fastest-rising legal stars in the country" by Ann Coulter.
