SoFi stadium

SoFi Stadium is the most expensive stadium in the United States, which with massive cost overruns ran up a tab of more than $5 billion in construction costs. It is the shared home field of the NFL's Los Angeles Chargers and Los Angeles Rams.

It has been described as "so over-the-top that it can feel like parody."[1]

Lacking a stop on the Los Angeles Metro rail system, the stadium's parking is prohibitively expensive to attend games. Also, it is not a true "indoor stadium"; during a game in the 2021 season the start was delayed due to lightning in the nearby area, which could have entered the upper portion of the stadium and caused damage and/or injury.

Cover-up

A violent assault by one fan against another occurred at the NFL championship game at SoFi in January 2022, leaving the victim in a coma in a hospital, but it was days before the news was covered by liberal media.[2]

Lack of safety for players

An NFL player who suffered a season-ending injury with an ACL tear due to unsafe sideline matting has sued the NFL and others. His attorney said, "SoFi Stadium was built at a $5,000,000,000 expense; the stadium should have the state-of-the-art equipment to protect for player safety, and not use the type of $100 mats that you would expect to see in a restaurant kitchen."[3]
