Might I make the suggestion that Ross Perot cost George Bush Sr. the election in 1992 with his 19% of the popular vote (a huge amount for a third party candidate).--Snotbowst 19:10, 4 March 2008 (EST)

Errors

You seem to have made a couple errors in your lecture. For example:

The Salem Witch trials were not, strictly speaking, poor v. rich. There were a number of groups that became victims, though a large number of the earliest victims were poor and widowed.

The Constitutional Convention was not kept secret because of the media. The delegates merely wished for their work to be done without interference from the general public.

I believe Jimmy Carter boycotted the 1980 Olympics because of the invasion of Afghanistan by the Soviet Union, not the other way around.
