Zelman v. Simmons-Harris

In Zelman v. Simmons-Harris, 536 U.S. 639 (2002), the U.S. Supreme Court upheld a school voucher program despite how many parents used the vouchers to send their children to religiously affiliated schools, such as parochial schools.

Chief Justice William Rehnquist wrote the decision for the 5-4 court.
