::::I don't understand. I saw what looked like an excellent paragraph in the article, but there was no footnote in the paragraph, and it obviously needs one. So I asked if the footnote had gotten lost. I didn't make any changes to the Arkansas paragraph. I don't understand how the adjective egregious got into this.
