Skepdic is The Skeptik's dictionary. It is a collection of "cross-referenced" skeptical essays by Robert Todd Carroll, published on his website skepdic.com and in a printed book. The skepdic.com site was launched in 1994 and the book was published in 2003 with nearly 400 entries. The website has continued to grow after the publication of the book and contains more than 500 entries

Robert Todd Carrroll the author of Skepdic considers himself a militant atheist and hardened skeptic. He is in fact what we can call an atheist fanatic.

The catagories in skepdic are alternative medicine, cryptozoology, ETs and UFOs, frauds and hoaxes, junk science, logic and perception, new age, paranormal, science and philosophy and supernatuarel. The encyclopedia also conatins articles attacking the fundamentals of Christianity like Noah's Ark.
