How would you characerize Milton Friedman, Friedrich Hayek, and George Stigler? Dpbsmith 13:32, 21 October 2007 (EDT)

It seems to have been almost 3 years since the 'citation needed' tag was added to the statement "there is strong evidence that recipients are chosen in a biased manner".
Has such a citation ever been found? If not should the statement not be removed. I believe 3 years is easily enough time to be able to find supporting evidence to a claim. JoshJGordon 09:03, 20 August 2010 (EDT)
