Rebecca Newberger Goldstein (born 1950) is an American atheist philosopher and novelist. Goldstein earned her Phd at Princeton University.
In 2010, Goldstein published her book, 36 Arguments for the Existence of God: A Work of Fiction which is a critique of various arguments for God's existence. In William Lane Craig's critique of the book, he stated that most of her arguments are straw men, and that her construction of the Kalam Cosmological Argument is invalid.
